Curriculum Developer
Who You Are:
You are an experienced ELL educator with a deep passion for designing engaging, research-based instruction for multilingual learners. With strong classroom experience and a talent for creating accessible, student-centered resources, you believe every English Learner deserves high-quality curriculum — and you have ideas about what makes it great.
You are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at holding quality standards across multiple projects. You write well, you edit carefully, and you sweat the small stuff because you know that small details matter to teachers and students. You're curious and innovative, with experience using AI tools to streamline content creation while never losing sight of pedagogical rigor.
You're growth-minded — excited to learn, take on more responsibility, and step into bigger leadership over time. You're ready to step beyond the classroom and shape curriculum at scale for a mission-driven company.
The Opportunity:
Join a growing educational resource company on a mission to equip teachers with practical, research-based curriculum that supports English Language Learners across the country and around the world. As Curriculum Lead, you will own the quality, consistency, and ongoing enhancement of every curriculum product we create.
You'll work directly with our founder to oversee curriculum production, build out new product lines, help establish the templates and systems that scale our content creation, and help shape the curriculum architecture of our new platform launching in 2027. As you grow into this role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your scope and grow into a Curriculum Director position.
With ELLs being the fastest-growing student population in the U.S., your work will play a crucial role in helping educators meet the needs of these learners.
