How We Hire
Joining a new team is a big step, and we want to ensure it’s the right fit for both you and us. Here’s a quick look at our hiring process. Please note that some steps may vary based on the position.
Step 1: Application Review
This is your opportunity to show us how your experience aligns with what we’re looking for. In addition to your resume, the following is required for consideration:
- A 1-minute video introduction.
- Two short assessments (about 20 minutes) to understand your working style and cognitive strengths.
Step 2: Screening Call
This 30-minute conversation covers your background, the role, and how our goals align. We’ll also discuss any questions you may have.
Step 3: Career History Form
In about 30 minutes, you’ll fill out a form that helps us understand your experience and achievements beyond your resume.
Step 4: In-Depth Interview
Meet with your potential manager and a colleague to discuss your experience and how you’d contribute to Inspiring Young Learners. We’ll also introduce a potential test project.
Step 5: Reference Check
You’ll connect us with your professional references, and we’ll learn more about your strengths and working style from people who know you well. We believe a successful person has a list of people who will speak well and honestly about them.
Step 6: Test Project
This paid project is your chance to showcase your skills in action and work with us as if you’re already part of the team. It’s an opportunity for both sides to see how well we collaborate.
Step 7: Offer
Once you’ve completed the test project and we’re confident that IYL is a great fit, we’ll extend an official offer. Accepting it means joining a team dedicated to growth, innovation, and your success. We’re excited to welcome you on board for an impactful and rewarding journey together.
